Depending on the application, belts are available with different fabric carcasses, tensile members, coatings, surface structures and material properties. We supply conveyor belts made from polyurethane (PU), PVC and other suitable materials, including specialised constructions for demanding industrial applications. The belt construction is selected according to the actual operating conditions, taking into account the conveyed product, load, speed, temperature, moisture, abrasion and cleaning procedures.
Monolithic PU conveyor belts are a specialised solution within this product group. Their homogeneous construction provides a smooth and easy-to-clean surface, making them particularly suitable for applications with high requirements for hygiene, cleanability and process reliability. They are used, among others, in the food industry, packaging technology and other hygiene-sensitive production environments.
Depending on the conveying task, belts can be individually fabricated and configured. Available options include transverse and longitudinal profiles, cleats, corrugated sidewalls, side guides and other customised configurations. This allows incline conveyors, decline conveyors and complex conveying routes to be adapted to the conveyed product and the specific requirements of the process.
In addition to different belt constructions, we offer a range of surface structures and coatings that can be selected according to the specific application. These can be used to optimise properties such as grip, sliding characteristics, abrasion resistance and resistance to specific media.
