We supply PTFE conveyor belts with fibreglass or aramid carrier fabrics for demanding industrial applications. They are used in drying, cooling and thermal processing applications, as well as in sealing and packaging equipment.
PTFE Mesh Belts
PTFE mesh belts allow air to pass freely through the belt surface and are particularly suitable for processes requiring efficient heating, drying or cooling of the conveyed product.
Different mesh sizes are available, including from 1 × 1 mm to 6 × 6 mm. This allows the belt construction to be selected according to the conveyed product and the specific process requirements.
Depending on the application, we select the appropriate carrier fabric, belt thickness and construction, together with the suitable joining and belt guiding system.
PTFE Coated Fabrics and PTFE Fabric Belts
We supply PTFE coated fabrics and PTFE fabric belts for applications requiring low friction, non stick properties and resistance to elevated temperatures.
They are used, among other applications, as working and protective surfaces in sealing machines, thermal processing equipment and industrial production processes.
Self adhesive versions are also available for suitable applications.
Belt Conversion and Application Specific Solutions
We prepare PTFE belts and fabrics according to the requirements of the individual machine. This includes different joining methods, edge reinforcement, reinforcement of the joining area, belt guides and additional customised elements.
The applicable temperature range depends on the specific construction and carrier fabric. Selected PTFE mesh belt constructions can operate within a range of approximately −150 °C to +260 °C. [certain for specific constructions]
